Native app versus browser experience
Our native APK on Android provides offline caching, which means you can view past bet slips and account history even without a connection—useful on train journeys or in areas with intermittent signal. The APK also permits push notifications, so you receive instant alerts when your withdrawal completes or when a bookmarked football match is about to start. iOS users access lipoqq through Safari or Chrome, gaining the same account security and payment integration as the native app; the main difference is the absence of offline cache and background notifications. Both paths load all markets—Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Champions League, esports—at identical speed because our backend is unified. Choose APK if you want offline features; choose the browser if you prefer no installation or if you frequently switch devices.
Device compatibility
We support Android 7.0 and newer, which covers phones released. On iOS, Safari and Chrome work on iOS 12 and newer, making the app compatible with iPhone 5S and later models. Our PWA requires a modern browser with service-worker support—available on Android Chrome 40+ and iOS Safari 15.1+. If your device is older, you can still access lipoqq via a mobile web browser, though some features may load more slowly. We do not require high-end specifications; the app functions on entry-level devices with limited RAM.
Troubleshooting installation issues
If you see "Install blocked" on Android, verify that unknown sources are enabled in your phone's security settings—each manufacturer hides this option in a slightly different menu location. If certificate warnings appear, this is normal for sideloaded APKs; tap "Install anyway" to proceed. On iOS, if the app does not load fully, clear your browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data, then revisit lipoqq.app. If deposits fail after installation, check that your bank or e-wallet (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) is working by attempting a test transaction outside lipoqq first. Most installation delays are caused by cached credentials; logging out and logging back in typically resolves them.
Account security and permissions
We at lipoqq do not request access to your phone's contacts, calendar, or photo library. The app only accesses your internet connection to load markets and process payments. Your password is encrypted before transmission and never stored in plain text on your device. Two-factor authentication is optional but recommended—set it up in your account settings under Security. When you log out, your session data is erased; logging in again requires your credentials. We encourage you to enable biometric login (fingerprint or face recognition) for convenience while maintaining security. Your bank details and payment credentials are handled by our PCI-compliant payment partners, not stored locally on your phone.
