Log in to your lipoqq account and visit the Account > Data section to download a copy of your personal information, transaction history, and documents. You can also request deletion of non-essential data—for example, your address can be deleted if you no longer use lipoqq, though we must retain your name and identity document for compliance purposes.

You can update your account information (email, phone, address) at any time through Account > Settings. If you want to delete your account, contact our support team. We will close your account and remove your non-essential data within 30 days, though we may retain transaction records if required by law.

We do not use cookies to track you across the web or share your data with advertisers. Cookies on lipoqq are functional only—they store your login session and game preferences. You can clear cookies anytime in your phone's browser settings without losing access to your account.

Data Retention and Jurisdiction

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we retain transaction records for seven years to comply with Indonesian financial reporting rules. Identity documents are deleted after two years unless required for an active dispute or investigation.

Our servers may sit outside Indonesia, but all data is processed and encrypted in transit.
